The Sanderson wing bag Carrying on with some more practical smaller bags. The Sanderson is made out of really unique leather. Incredibly stiff. This is a well over-engineered build. Using some of the oldest hardware I have, the buckle is as early as 17th century. The nurses belt buckle on the flap is 1800s and the brooch on top is early 1900s. I've contrast the inside with very bright isometric fabric and a beautiful turquoise blue leather for sturdiness. New hardware is rainbow coloured steel and I've also used pure copper and brass rivets. The Carpathian Carrying on my elaborate direction I have really gone to town on this one all leather is from @aacrack and of course only using the best leathers I can find . 3 extremely old adornments: Antique Nurses belt buckle half on the front of the flap Brass button on the back and huge brass brooch on the top Extremely rigid, I have doubled up the gusset with embossed flower leather. Stunning Vegtan leather forager pack 2 deep complex mandalas and a huge oversized removable strap. Solid brass hardware and a good sized side pocket. This is a real head turner Please be aware this is a weighty bag, it takes a ton of leather to create on of these, then add the oversized brass hardware and it certainly has substance! I wanted to try a split gusset which opens up more shape options, This was a shape I wanted to try out for a while, The Rapier. Wing bag . Well this is certainly something different 😅😅. I don't really know what to say about it , I mean it's going to promote conversation at the very least , However ! The Spinny backpack This is quite something! The idea was simple. I just love trees. Let's show that in a bag. A backpack in the shape of a tree complemented with trees on the side and a forest in the middle. I went for a backpack because I have quite a few wing bags in stock and haven't done a backpack for a while. This is quite large at 30 cm by 25 cm by 15.5 cm. The leather is Aa crack and CFS pull up very thick at 2 mml, adorned with a mixture of English and Italian leathers for the tree canopy. I went for an antique nurses buckle just underneath the clasp which has a real piece of bamboo as the twist lock, and on top we have an antique enamel button in the same green as the canopy, a match made in heaven. On the back we have two thick fully adjustable straps. If you buy it and it doesn't fit, you get strap adjustment for free. There is a large etching on the back depicting additional tree scenes and another antique brass button mandala in the middle {Recessed so it will not touch you when being worn) I will also include an additional chest strap for comfort. Pure copper rivets and stainless steel hardware. This is one true statement piece surprisingly comfortable to wear and can hold a ton. I have to class this as a work of art. Life time repairs
